If you are a patient who dislikes dentists or fears them then this facility is the place for you. Dr Ngo is just the sweetest lady and her staff is just as kind. She is so patient and very good at her job. She does excellent work and makes you as comfortable as possible. I've been going to her since they opened and I trust no one else with my teeth.

If you are looking for an excellent dentist, look no further. The staff along with Dr. Ngo are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! When I say she genuinely cares about her patients' needs I am being 100% sincere. She will always be honest about the work you need done and will be extremely thorough with everything. From simple fillings to complicated implant crowns, she takes the time required to do an excellent job.

The two hygienists are so sweet as well! As of now it is Brittany and Gabby. Both young ladies who haves worked very hard to complete the credentials needed to be amazing hygienists. They both love sports. Brittany is extremely into Hockey and Gabby can talk to you about baseball, football, or basketball.

Never a dull moment at Fairfield Ranch Dental. Especially getting to watch my channel of choice while getting any work done! They are kid friendly as well and even have a playroom with a TV and toys for your children to be entertained while you relax and get work done.

I normally hate going to the dentist, but my experience at this dentist was surprisingly great! The staff were warm and friendly and Dr. Ngo was nice, professional and efficient. The dentist summarized her assessment of what was needed. There was no high pressure sales job for add-on work by the business manager -- she merely explained what was recommended by the dentist and what the estimated costs would be for the recommended work. The environment is light and clean. The work I had done was teeth cleaning and filling to cover the receded gum line. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend Dr. Ngo and her staff!

I've been going to Dr. Ngo for almost over 8 years! She is super nice and sweet! Her office is very very clean! Always! And the receptionist now hygienist is amazing Gabby is awesome! I love all of her staff they are super nice! Dr. Ngo makes me feel right at home when I go to the dentist!!! I definitely highly recommend her!!!!

Dr. Ngo is the best. I have been coming here since she opened her office many years ago. I appreciate her honest opinions and trust her referrals. Dr. Ngo goes above and beyond to meet my (and my young children's) dental needs. On a couple of times, she even opened her office (on her off days!), to fix my dental emergencies! Also, each and every one of her assistants (hygienists to secretaries) are friendly and always make me feel so welcomed!

I haven't been to a dentist in years because they scare me. Needless to say, my teeth were really bad and it was time to see a dentist before my teeth got worse.

I found Dr. Ngo through Yelp and boy am I glad I did! She and her staff are wonderful! They knew I was a big chicken so they took extra effort to make sure I was always comfortable and not in pain. They weren't pushy or condescending which I appreciated given the state I was in (did I mention that I'm a scared of dentists?).

If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Ngo especially for scaredy-cats like me. I'm not as fearful as before which says a lot. And my teeth feel great again!
